We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a few hiccups that kept it from being perfect. The rooms were clean and had a good layout for our family, but needed some updates and a fridge would have been nice. The service, particularly from the valet team, was attentive and helpful. I had a decent stay at the Renaissance. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the indoor pool is a real bonus for winter visits. However, I found the rooms outdated, and the cleanliness in some areas, like the carpets and the pool, left much to be desired. Overall, the price was reasonable for what I got, but there are areas that require some attention.
