heavenly bed helpful staff great location wonderful amenities
the Heavenly bed lived up to its name. I slept great after skiing all day. everything was clean and accessible. the staff was very kind and helpful. the location is close to the slopes and the town center. the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room are all wonderful amenities.
The shower stall was quite small. It was only about 60 cm x 60 cm.

the room included a gas fireplace for added warmth and ambiance. i found a small kitchenette inside, equipped with modern appliances, like a mini fridge and microwave. the suite featured a comfortable queen bed and separate sitting area with a sofa bed for additional guests.

the restaurant offers various options. the meals prepared are both rich and varied, with a special emphasis on local dishes. guests can select from multiple menus that cater to every palate.

the hotel offers quick access to the village. several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. the gondola to the slopes is just 100 meters away, for easy access to skiing and snowboarding.

the front desk staff was professional and friendly, responding quickly to requests. i saw valet parking available at the entrance. there is a ski valet service, though it requires an extra charge for storing skis.

modern laundry friendly staff generous space
the gym features modern laundry facilities for $2.50 per wash and dryer load. i found the staff super friendly. a two bedroom suite upgrade made my first night gorgeous! the space was generous and the beds were super comfy.
i found the housekeeping inconsistent .

prime location clean room comfy bed
The location was prime. Everything i wanted to visit were steps away. my room was very clean. the bed felt really comfy. staff was always available, and check-in went smooth.
the pool area was smaller than i hoped. it felt crowded sometimes.

the restaurant options provided tasty and healthy food choices. i like that they served good food with healthy choices. breakfast was not bad at all, and the service was speedy.

this location proved convenient to explore nearby shops. coffee shops were a walk away, and it was easy to move around. i found the central position of the hotel very useful.

I noticed bellmen and valet parking staff were helpful. the front desk helped with an early check-in. housekeeping kept everywhere super clean and clean. They were always excellent and very professional.
