prompt service multiple pools convenient location beach conditions
The team was very attentive, offering prompt service. Multiple pools are available, so there is always a place to swim. The hotel location is convenient, near the airport. I would stay again. I found the location very convenient. The south end of the hotel zone offered better beach conditions.
I felt the hotel needs some attention. It looks a little old.

There are six pools available. Each offers ample space. The facility was very clean. It was well maintained. The gym has a range of equipment. The hotel has a beautiful beach and swimming area.

I had a king room with an ocean view, and the views were amazing!!! The rooms are big and comfortable. Clean towels are provided daily, along with incidentals. The bed was very comfortable too.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer support. Workers were awesome . There are opportunities to attend cooking classes. The team was very friendly.

multiple pools great friendliness diverse experiences daily activities
i found multiple pools that provided diverse experiences. staff members showed great friendliness and helpfulness. there were many activities available throughout the day. i also enjoyed the workout i did with ana by the pool.

Ana, guillermo, and genaro were very wonderful. they were pretty good too. activities were fun, engaging, and different every day. Staff was really lovely.

the hotel has many swimming pools and a beachfront. a beachbar is reachable from the pool. the hotel also provides surfing lessons with oscar and has a wave machine for surfing, i loved the drinks classes.

my room had a lovely ocean view i really liked. the room was spacious and clean upon arrival. housekeeping was very accommodating when we needed anything and maid service was excellent.

the hotel is in a convenient location near transportation. this allows easy access to the entire coastal area. uber eats are allowed, this made it easy to get different types of food.

rainfall shower ocean view consistent service
the king room ocean view had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i found this quite practical. i also appreciated that the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes it met my needs well. poolside service was present and consistent throughout the day i never had to look far for assistance.
the elevators sometimes had a slight delay during peak hours.

stuck latch incompetent maintenance
the room was super clean.
the latch got stuck even though he didn't lock the door. i called down and they sent maintenance who didn't know what to do? eventually my husband got the door knob off with a screwdriver, still frustrating though.

friendly staff pool games
The staff was very friendly and helpful . Victoria was patient assisting my kids with bracelet making, a lovely experience for them. It was my daughter's 12th birthday and the staff sang happy birthday during the pool games, I am very thankful (it was fun!).
I encountered an issue related to noise during my time here. The room insulation was poor. I could clearly hear sounds such as loud bangs and furniture being moved at all hours, it was bothersome (even after changing rooms once).

The location is conveniently near a bus stop with frequent service. This allowed for easy access to various parts of the area. Airport access via Uber is also a very short trip.

The rooms were always clean, a detail I value greatly. My ocean-facing room provided a beautiful view that was nice. I appreciated the comfortable beds and good lighting in my room.

The hotel Starbucks provided great coffee every morning. The food at the restaurants was also very good, especially the octopus at the ocean side restaurant. The breakfast had many options.
