The breakfast buffet offered many choices and pastries. Pamela and Perrine from the Guest Service team sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. Chiara at the front desk explained the hotel amenities to me. SHE helped link our multiple reservations.
The rooms felt dated and needed tlc. THE furniture and walls had chips. The bathroom was not completely clean.

The gym has various equipment. It includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast offered many fresh juice options. The indoor swimming pool is spacious.
