modern gymrude receptionistdisappointing breakfast
the gym was new and modern. (i definitely used it!)
The service really dropped the ball here. the receptionist acted like i was bothering her when i checked in. There was no welcome at all. plus, getting an extra blanket for the sofa bed reminded me of pulling teeth. i won't lie, the breakfast also let me down, especially considering the price.

Breakfast was acceptable with many options. the vegan options were not well-labelled.
The car park was not free, something i expected. This caused inconvenience upon arrival. i also thought the tv had constant issues and some channels froze.

The reception staff member Isabell offered helpful tips for travel into the city center. She was knowledgeable and assisted with all questions regarding our stay. The room provided loads of space and included a generous sized bathroom with good water pressure in the shower.. The beds were comfortable and provided double pillows.

The hotel has a super spa and pool. I could book a time for use. the location is in a business district, it is a short distance from the train station. it is located near helenelunds station and close to a large mall.
there was no smile when we checked in, and the receptionist made us feel like a burden.
