cute smilecozy lobbyattentive staff
the staff greeted me with a cute smile (i was like a celebrity!). the lobby was cozy. tercelle at the front desk instantly brightened my mood after a long travel day. the staff is a invaluable asset, they are so great.
the pool was a bit smaller than it looked in pictures.

i enjoyed the food at the everdene restaurant. the ambience was amazing there. the staff provided flawless service too. i loved the beef empanadas!!!
the bathroom washbasin was right inside the room door. i found this inconvenient. the blinds only reached 3/4 of the way down the windows. a noisy refrigerator was also there, and i had to unplug it.

The location allowed easy walks to many destinations, including Times Square , and I always felt secure. Jenny at reception ensured we had an amazing room for my mother's birthday celebration. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and warm. Jenny. The immaculate room had very nice views.
The spa treatments had a tipping policy that caused some confusion upon checkout , which required clarification.

The hotel is in a good location.
The room design had some flaws. There was only one dressing gown provided though the room was for two guests. The housekeeping service took away dirty towels but did not replace them.

I found the hotel location convenient (close to many attractions). My room offered a good view. I also enjoyed the availability of a pool and appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The spa services were quite good too.

The bar areas had a great vibe and the dining options were quite varied. Breakfast included one main dish plus coffee or tea and a choice of juice (options included grapefruit and orange).

My room featured a view of the city, offering a nice perspective (especially at night). The room size was adequate. It had comfortable beds and contemporary design (I really liked the style).

A stay with some minor issues

The location was good and the view was nice. A lively bar exists there, and the hotel overall is beautiful. The staff were well trained and receptive.
The coffee machine had pods the first day, though was never replenished our whole stay. I reported this to reception and got pods sent up day 3, but that was it. We also only had 1 dirty robe for 2 people. So I had to request another one.
