The staff members were friendly. Jay, Leo, Aleja, and Emilio offered great assistance. I joined daily activities to meet other travellers. The facilities included a coworking space and a spa. The bed was clean. The location was close to a bus station and downtown.

The spa offered an amazing experience, I really enjoyed it. Everything seemed well-organized. the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds offered comfort, and the location was excellent. I found the sauna clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it.

i loved that the spa access was included. i used the sauna and steam bath after my long travel day. the staff was very helpful and friendly. john at reception was especially kind. he provided city information. and assistance with my luggage.

the staff was cute and helpful. nico at reception was particularly friendly. the hostel offers multiple common areas where guests can relax or work. these spaces are well-separated to minimize noise disruption within the accommodation.
the toilet door lock in the 8-bed dorm room was broken. the bathroom was not very clean. my locker was under the air conditioning unit, and water dripped down, soaking my bag and belongings.

faulty air conditioningslow sink
i found a few issues . the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. additionally, the window was sealed shut, preventing any fresh air from entering (this. one of the sinks in the bathroom drained very slowly, i found this inconvenient.
