"Our apartment overlooked a large tree-filled square at the foot of the train station and was just a few blocks away from a nice little grocery store where we purchased breakfast items and also some items for a few dinners (we like to have our main meal at a nice restaurant for a leisurely lunch with a bottle of wine)."
