automated curtains espresso machine water view travel adaptors clunky system compact gym
The room had a modern design I appreciated the automated curtains I also liked the high-end espresso machine in the room. I found the staff friendly and helpful at check-in. I secured an early check-in and a room featured a water view.
I was surprised to learn the hotel did not supply travel adaptors. I had to purchase one from them I also found the iPad and electric blinds system a bit clunky to use. The gym felt a little compact for my preference.

mixed feelings about this stay

loud music thin walls
i liked the tub and heated floors in the bathroom it was a nice touch.
i stayed for just one night but the room right beside us was partying until 4am it was disruptive because they had many people screaming. lots of loud people came and went from the room and they were noisy in the hallway too. the music played so loudly it made our room vibrate i could not sleep.

fabulous stay

helpful concierge high floor convenient coffee
I had an amazing time. the concierge was super helpful. He gave me a list of great spots. the staff was friendly, and i even got a high floor as requested (the view was killer!). i definitely appreciated the microwave and extra coffee pods they brought up. Super convenient!
i have to say, the main entrance felt a bit hidden. it's on a back street, and that was a little odd.
Location

the hotel is right by the shops, so easy to pop out and grab anything i needed (or wanted!). its proximity to main routes to places like stanley park is a huge plus.
Rooms

My room had floor-to-ceiling windows, awesome. everything in the room was automated, the lights, shades, drapes, and climate. Talk about fancy (i seemed like i was living in the future!).
