I appreciated the hotel's speedboat shuttle. the cost was $60 per person for a round trip transfer to the airport. i joined the hotel's half-day snorkeling tour and it was $30 per person. the room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a good job.
the air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. i reported it and a maintenance worker adjusted the remote. the problem persisted and i requested a room change.

The breakfast buffet had a live egg station. i particularly enjoyed the omelette, and the staff was attentive. servers took drink orders and cleared plates quickly and efficiently. We loved it.

the hotel organized excursion tours. i participated in well-organized snorkeling trips and swam alongside sea turtles. guides were knowledgeable and prioritized safety.

the room included a balcony offering privacy. it was located on the 5th floor and provided ocean views. amenities were plentiful for a short visit and the room felt very private, so, so good.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The air conditioning barely cooled the room. I reported this issue, but the maintenance attempts were ineffective. They only changed the remote settings.
