The staff at the restaurant were so cute. It created such a warm atmosphere. the morning reception team were also lovely and helpful. Their kindness really stood out.
The shower floor wasn't cleaned properly. I found some hairs there, a bit off-putting. This caused some frustrating delays.

I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It maintained a perfect temperature. plenty of luxe lounging options and comfy pool towels were provided. the rooms offered spacious comfort with super comfy bedding. the rain showerhead delivered strong water pressure and hot water.
this sometimes caused delays getting to and from my room.

the hotel is located approximately 700 meters from shopping options and various food venues. massage services are also easily accessible nearby. it is near a gelato place located across the road.

the room was clean and the layout suited my needs.
the noise isolation was poor as i could hear music at night. the food prices seemed quite high considering i have eaten better meals elsewhere. i found this quite disappointing.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
modern gymfree shuttlerooftop barhotel kitchen
The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The rooftop bar had great drinks. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the sky train station every hour, it assisted greatly with mobility. The room had a kitchen, it was a definite plus.
The hotel is a little far from the main Sukhumvit Road, it required a 14-minute walk to reach EMSPHERE.

The room was quite spacious. It included wonderful pillows and mattresses and good bed linen. The design was very interesting-. The room has everything guests need.

The swimming pool is open until 10 PM, great. The swimming pool and fitness area were well maintained and clean. The hotel provides free hourly shuttle service to the BTS station.

The hotel is close to dining opportunities nearby. It is also within walking distance of Benchakitti Park. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs. The location is good for exploring.
