eggs benedict large room helpful staff
the breakfast had heaps of choices, and the eggs benedict were fantastic. our room was immaculate, very large and well equipped with amazing views. i loved that the staff were all very helpful and the rooms stocked with towels for both room and spa use.

the breakfast choice was amazing! the quality was also very good. the indoor pool was very clean! the leisure facilities were well-kept.
i found that communication at reception needed improvement.

amazing stay!!!
friendly staff warm welcome spacious room
i really liked how friendly and helpful all the staff were. the warm welcome extended to both myself and my dog was lovely. our room was spacious and warm. the hotel grounds featured a little woodland walk, perfect for dog walks.
The changing rooms at the pool needed an update. They felt a bit outdated. it would be amazing to have updated facilities there.

friendly staff amazing package yummy breakfast
I found the staff quite considerate and friendly. The celebration package for my husband's birthday was a definite value. Breakfast included lots of options, it was yummy. Beautiful walks are available around the estate.
I noticed that there wasn't great variety for dinner, eating similar things multiple times. It would be beneficial to introduce more diverse options to enhance the overall dining experience.

I found the swimming pool very clean. The surroundings were beautiful. I appreciated the comfortable beds.
The standard rooms were small. I found multiple flights of stairs without offered help. The internet connection was bad. My mobile connection was poor too.

Fair Stay with Minor Issues
spacious chalet secure parking excellent breakfast poor service slow service average food
the two bedroom chalet was really nice and spacious. i parked my motorbike just outside which was nice and very secure. the breakfast was REALLY excellent and very large. i didn't need to eat again until late afternoon.
the building is beautiful but the human element did not come up to expectations. the meal was pre booked but took a LONG time to serve. i waited a good half hour for sweet to arrive, and the food was average.
