i found the resort grounds very tidy. i appreciated the available beachside massages from ileana. staff members were consistently great . antonio the travel agent offered great prices for excursions.
the beds were quite firm it affected my sleep a little bit.

the concierge victor was always available and helpful with requests. harold a waiter was a sweet and elegant presence in the dining area. milton the bartender remained happy and cute during shifts.

the resort is very close to the beach. it also offers short access to the main street 5th avenue. i found easy access to nearby attractions a definite plus for exploring.
