limited equipmentbasic facility
I found the gym really disappointing. It was quite small. the limited equipment made it hard to get a decent workout. It was frustrating. also, i noticed the operating hours weren't what i'd expect from a supposed five-star place. it felt more like a basic facility than something fitting the hotel's rating. the absence of an indoor swimming pool was also a letdown especially if you are travelling during colder months.

the staff was very cute from arrival. they helped us with everything throughout our stay. the hotel offered nice food options. khaled and his team really went the extra mile for us. i had a smooth check in, thanks to mr khaled.
the television in the room offered a limited selection of channels. it did not meet my preferences. i also found that some of the hotel amenities were lacking.

The dinner buffet offered a wide variety of dishes. There was something for every palate. the diverse selection allowed me to indulge in a culinary journey, and the breakfast is really good.

I stayed in a suite, and it was a luxurious experience. the suite was spacious and well-appointed. It provided all the comforts of home. a very big and clean family suite provided very nice views.

the hotel had a private beach which was a big plus. the access to the sea through the garden makes for a beautiful walk. the hotel area made it possible to relax.

The pools are well kept and provide a refreshing experience. there is a large paddling pool for children. This was a huge plus. chess was also available for leisure and entertainment.

The staff were amazing and welcomed us. they helped us in every way possible throughout our stay. khaled is an amazing hospitality manager. He is always ready to respond to requests.

The staff showed genuine commitment to making my stay comfortable. Yusra welcomed me with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. She ensured my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Khaled's attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction impressed me. He addressed my needs and offered personalised recommendations. The bungalow was impeccably clean. It was well-appointed and offered fine views. Dining options featured a good dinner with a variety of authentic local dishes. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The clear waters and landscaped surroundings created a perfect oasis, though there was limited availability of loungers next to the pools.

the family suite was spacious enough.
i found the room cleanliness lacking! the double bed was two separate beds pushed together, very uncomfortable. there was no tv in the bedroom itself, just in the living area. applying, twice.

The hotel grounds were beautiful with clean spaces. I enjoyed the convenience of a short ride into the main town (the taxis were easy to find). The staff provided excellent service and catered to our needs. The food was fresh and plentiful with a variety of salads, meats, and vegetables.
