The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, i appreciated that very much. the breakfast had excellent views. good food selections. oksana regularly cleaned our room and she did a great job. the location is great. It's an easy walk to the tram.
The street outside could get loud early in the morning, since the windows weren't soundproof. I noticed it a few times.

the staff was pleasant speaks russian, this detail, i felt right at home there. abdo was very sweet and nice, he was always attentive to all my requests. i'm coming back!
the website showed photos, i booked a standard twin room for two people, it was not what i expected. the room was very small, the door opened next to the bed, a window faced a wall. it was obvious a lack of respect.

Everything was REALLY clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Orhan and Muhammad were GREAT. They have proper luggage storage space. This is great for people with lots of luggage.
The fridge in the room did not work. The light worked but it didn't keep anything cold.
