i enjoyed that stella and luna helped. they ensured i didn't miss breakfast, it was thoughtful. stella were great any hotel i had experienced in south east asia. i recommend this place highly if you stay here.
i got there early and they wanted to charge me, it felt a little unwelcoming after a long journey.

I found a complimentary afternoon tea on arrival, which charmed me. the breakfast buffet provided amazing variety. jasmine handled our cruise and airport drop-off so well. I appreciated the super clean service. the room was spacious and quiet. It had everything i needed for the duration.
i noticed some sounds reached my room. however, i slept well.

The hotel features a spa. It will enhance the experience once complete. a pool is also available wanting to relax and take a dip. the gym features treadmills and stationary bikes.

This hotel is super convenient for getting around because the location is right in the city center. Everything feels fresh and clean because the hotel looks pretty new. The room and the bathroom were super clean. The staff were amazing and helpful, honestly just the sweetest.
There is no window in my room.

The staff members are very warm and proactive. They know how to serve guests with the utmost proficiency. I felt very looked after because the service was really good from reception to breakfast. All team members provided rapid assistance.

The staff was very helpful. They provided a list of recommended restaurants. They assisted me on my trip. The room was clean (everything looked super clean). The interior design was lovely. Breakfast offered a great selection of items.
The room was small. I could hear noises from surrounding rooms. The towels seemed low quality. (Perhaps they could invest in softer ones?)
