i found the staff friendly and cute. i also thought housekeeping maintained my suite well. the breakfast included in my stay featured tasty jamaican brown stew fish. daniella henry, the sales executive, provided great help securing the venue.

the location allows easy getting around. amenities and public transport are nearby if you need them. juta taxis are available right from the hotel, so that was very convenient for me.

i travel frequently, and the front desk staff impressed me. Aisha accommodated my early arrival, securing a room well before check-in time. i was upgraded to a royal suite with rooftop restaurant access because the manager recognized my loyalty. the room had poolside views and a glimpse of the city.
During the stay, the payment methods were limited. The machine did not convert to multiple major currencies, which affected payment convenience

Room service delivered oxtail promptly, and it tasted great. the pool area features a full bar and kitchen. The strawberry daiquiri deserves a 10/10 rating. i found the all-inclusive breakfast amazing, with attentive kitchen staff.

The hotel is across from emancipation park, with opportunities to enjoy the space. hundreds of people were playing, walking, running, and exercising in the park. it was easy to find jerk chicken near the park. The new area was lively.

the staff greeted me warmly and was cute. miss edwards, the manager, recognized me and upgraded my room. miss marcy, the waitress at breakfast, provided me attentive and amazing care at the buffet, i am grateful.

the breakfast buffet had a nice selection. the pool was well kept. the staff were courteous and attentive .
the wifi signal was weak in my room. the bathroom fixtures showed some rust. the noise from nearby events was noticeable late at night, it was a nuisance.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i found the location ideal for walking to emancipation park i also enjoyed the views of the city and mountains from the hotel they provided a sense of peace.
