multiple pools spacious villa
i loved the multiple pools available (there are options for everyone). the spacious villa also provided a comfortable stay for my family.
the daytime entertainment required extra payment (which i wasn't initially aware of).

Solid stay, minor hiccups
spacious room helpful staff
The room was spacious. IT had everything my family needed. The back pool area near the Springs was enjoyable, though finding it initially was A challenge. The staff I encountered were mostly helpful and willing to assist with any requests.
Extra pricing for parking felt unnecessary, especially given the resort's location. I also noticed some minor maintenance issues in the room. For example, the table in the bedrooms had screws showing, preventing the drawer from opening. I think management should address these issues.

The staff provided prompt assistance with requests, such as providing extra towels and toiletries. I appreciated the quick response time and their willingness to help, this made all the difference.

The water park offered a wide variety of slides and pools for both children and adults. The lazy river was a relaxing experience, and the various dining options provided convenient choices, everything was excellent and easy to locate.

amazing stay!
convenient location clean hotel pretty installations
I loved the proximity to disney. It was very convenient! the hotel was very super clean and cozy. the installations were pretty, and we had a great time. i can't wait to return soon. the pools were kept warmer. My kids definitely liked that.
The hotel layout felt strange. I made a wrong turn and ended up in a parking garage.

The rooms were large and spacious. I really loved them! the rooms included everything like cookware. Plus a washer and dryer for convenience. it was very spacious with nice accommodations.

The resort does not have much variety of food, unfortunately. although the food was fine. I wished there were more options available. prices are too high for the food quality.

kids activities maintained pools ticket purchase
my room had kids activities available. the pools were well kept and enjoyable. i appreciated the assistance with ticket purchases for disney and universal. it meant i had more time to relax.
I observed that the handles in the showers were loose. They did not turn off properly. there was also lint buildup in the dryer vents. this prevented the clothes from drying efficiently.

The resort landscape was gorgeous. It was well-kept. the waterpark, hot tubs, lake, and restaurants were easily accessible. these amenities provided diverse recreational options for all ages.

the resort had nice outdoor amenities. i found good breakfast choices at the restaurant. the staff was super friendly. it seemed everyone greeted my family with a smile.
the wifi was only included for five days, after that there was an additional charge.

The resort includes an arcade, a mini golf course, and a smaller pool area. there's also a kids' area for younger guests. guests can get fresh food at a little supermarket. Pizza, sandwiches, and pasta are available.

Spacious and Well-Equipped Stay

We found the room to be very large and well-equipped.. It included two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were two EV chargers available on the first floor of park building one. The hotel provided complimentary golf cart rides to the pool, very helpful located across the resort.
I noticed the acoustics were not ideal, so I could hear noises such as toilet flushes from the room above.

The resort offers a great variety of food and drinks to choose from, providing multiple options for both lunch and dinner. The service was great. My son has a gluten allergy, and the staff accommodated burgers with gluten-free bread at the pool.

The receptionist was super-friendly, explaining everything nicely and answering all questions before we even asked them. They also replied promptly via text, and flyers with activities are available for everything you would want to do within the vicinity of the resort.

Our room had two huge beds, two bedrooms, and a beautiful large balcony. All the amenities you could think of were inside. A coffee machine, a washing machine, a dryer, loads of towels, and three TVs were available. Cleanliness was superb.
