the king room i occupied had a very COMFORTABLE bed. the breakfast buffet included a large variety of foods. the pool area had many sunbeds Available.

the hotel provided a complimentary minibus shuttle service this was appreciated because of the steep hill location the pool area had plenty of sun loungers and a well presented surrounding garden the staff were friendly and helpful. our room had nice beds staff were faultless and i recommend highly this hotel.
the hotel is situated on a hill so not good for anyone with mobility issues this might pose a challenge for some guests the climb could be difficult i would want to mention this.

the staff demonstrated efficiency and helpfulness the personnel were happy and attentive to guest needs staff members maintained a polite and hardworking attitude throughout our visit we noticed.

the food presented plentiful options and tasted quite good though it could have been hotter a microwave was available this allowed guests to adjust the temperature to their liking each day we observed.

the communal areas both inside and out were spacious and open a nice size pool and plentiful sunbeds were available guests appreciated the clean tidy reception and bar areas along with the external seating.

the bathroom was quite clean.
The food lacked any discernible taste and the scrambled eggs made a surprise appearance at dinner and the breakfast buffet. I think they were hoping we wouldn't notice. they wouldn't even let me sneak a piece of fruit out of the dining room, i find that quite bold. the gym times were also ridiculous. I'm not sure who decided on those hours.

poor soundproofingindifferent staff
i was frustrated. the room's supposed soundproofing was a joke. i heard everything from slamming doors to loud conversations. the noise continued late into the night, disrupting sleep. the staff did little to address the disruptions. i even heard very private moments from other rooms
