I found the location allowed easy city exploration on foot. The staff accommodated us wonderfully by setting up a cot and providing special baby towels. A teddy bear for the baby was a particularly thoughtful touch.
The automatic light in the bathroom made it hard to fall back asleep after nighttime visits, with no override option I could find

inconsistent valetmissing shower shelf
I was pretty annoyed with the inconsistent valet service i paid extra for. i was often told to just go get my own car. That defeats the whole purpose. no refund was offered, which was like a rip-off given my mobility issues. the shower also lacked a shelf, so i had to keep everything on the floor. what a pain.
