I loved the attentive staff. i booked dinner at both tryn and bistro sixteen82. They were great. the wine tasting was a fantastic experience i will never forget.
The hotel shuttle only offers limited trips into the city during the day. Nighttime travel requires a taxi.

the staff was very friendly, especially helenica, the duty manager (i even laughed a lot with her). the hotel looks beautiful after its recent refurbishment. i dined at tryn one evening, and everything tasted delicious.
My room lacked a terrace or balcony, something i found disappointing. breakfast service was quite slow, often taking up to 90 minutes. there was no dedicated bar area for pre-dinner drinks. This was definitely missed.

The rooms were beautifully decorated. The bed felt comfortable. Complimentary water, coffee machine, and estate wine was a nice touch for ME. Breakfast WAS delicious.
The gym was nearby, but I didn't realize I could have used it with a voucher. I would have liked to use that. The hotel shuttle takes you anywhere within a 5km radius, free of charge. I WISH this could be extended to Constantia Village which is 8km away.

I found some issues . The bar closed quite early at 11 PM. Access to the golf course required more arrangements than I expected. I thought hotel guests could play more easily. The spa prices were also very high (even guests from Dubai thought so).
