the staff at the valet were fast.
I had to pay over seventy dollars a night for parking. it is especially annoying because there is no self-parking available. Valet is the only option. this fee felt excessive, considering the area and that parking should be a standard amenity, not a huge cost.

location proved convenient when i needed access to Cedars-Sinai. shopping and restaurants were close. the room was quiet. i found the location ideal.
The bed was very soft. I found it a little too soft.

The hotel has a water machine ON each floor. they give you a metal bottle you use for the water dispensers. it is a nice touch and saves money.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the thoughtful touch of reusable water bottles. i received an upgrade to a larger room located on a higher floor of the hotel.
i found the valet parking fee a bit high. i think an included option for parking should be available to reduce the cost.

my room had comfortable bedding that felt very soft to the touch. i found that the room i booked was quite spacious and very clean. the hotel rooms offer floor to ceiling glass providing good light and views.

The check-in was very quick. the front desk staff was friendly always. the cleaning staff was amazing, i was very impressed by their service. the location is PERFECT. There is a big mall across the street.
the exorbitant fees for every little thing were insane. i needed a slightly early check in so my toddler could nap, but it wasn't guaranteed
