pool environmentfriendly staff
The rooms were clean and tidy. most staff were bubbly and friendly. I found the pool environment fantastic, though the music piped into the pool area was a bit much!
I didn't like that local taxis are not allowed to collect from the hotel. This seemed to ensure a pricing cartel.

payal greeted us with a smile at the journal lounge each day. she remembered our drink orders from day one, i think. all the staff were friendly.
i had a few points to make with the hotel as we stayed in a family room. there are no air flow in the kids room so it gets very hot. we got woken up 5 out of 7 mornings by really loud leaf blowers, i think.
