the staff was really helpful particularly kaycee she gave me some really helpful advice about navigating the local area. the hotel location was convenient near many restaurants and local attractions. i stayed in the beautiful double or twin room and found it well-kept.

The location was acceptable as it was close to many attractions.
The room was not clean. I found dirty sheets upon arrival and I told the staff over the phone. They asked what I wanted so I asked for clean sheets. The concierge came and took photos then he changed the bottom sheet. He threw the rest of the bedding on the bed and left me to make it myself I was like an inconvenience.

the hotel had nice staff. jen gave excellent advice on places i could visit. she also helped arrange transport, a great service. breakfast on the top floor offered good choice. the location was very close to the lake.
the gym was a bit smaller than I expected. there was only one treadmill. I could not do my usual workout.

the hotel features a spa. guests get a discount if they stay here. i used their travel desk to book tours. the airport transfer service worked efficiently too. the hotel offers a good range of amenities.
