The hotel's location near the pier is excellent. It's a definite plus. i used my suite upgrade for an executive suite and it was a treat! anivce in the executive lounge recognized me immediately, this was a special welcome.
i found the hotel bar to be too expensive. the breakfast was also too expensive for what they offered. i think the prices should be more reasonable.

The gym offers a nice space for workouts, i saw various equipment available. the hotel offers a spa zone for relaxation. It features a sauna and hydro pool. there is also a bar that serves drinks and salads.

the staff is polite and professional, i noticed their attentiveness. english proficiency among staff is excellent. the front desk colleagues are helpful. i really felt they listened to any concerns.

The room had a sea view, this was a great addition. it included a bath and a shower. the bed and the pillows were comfortable. the room was big enough. I also found all i needed for a comfortable stay.

the hotel is located right next to the pier, a definite advantage. the location on the beach is fantastic, very convenient. i noted a cocktail bar and starbucks nearby. it really is a perfect spot.
