island retreat, a delight!
warm touches attentive staff calm ambiance
The room design felt quite romantic with warm and welcome touches. the staff were attentive and genuinely eager, it felt really personal. the ambiance was enchanting, and i found it very calm. the location offered a refreshing break from the city's speed. A short taxi gets you to the metro.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It disturbed a bit my sleep.
Facilities

The hotel GYM has modern equipment like treadmills and weight machines. It allows a complete workout. the pool is large and sparkling, with a view of the sea. a beach club offers a relaxed atmosphere with sun loungers and umbrellas.

amazing staff delicious food best service
sharafath and his team at reception ensured i had everything i needed. chef mourad and his team blessed me with amazing food daily. adel, orabi, and ghaith at the bar gave the best service.
the phone wasn't answered quickly when i called.

the location is quiet and nice away from the traffic and city noise. it provides easy access to the beach. it's close to the airport so travel was simple.

The rooms are spacious. I appreciated the balcony overlooking the sea! breakfast included good options. the beach felt private. the pool area provided a relaxing spot.
the wifi signal was sometimes weak, especially during peak hours.

serious improvement need unemptied garbage
the gym had well known brand devices.
i found customer service needed serious improvement. i had to wait half an hour to check into my room. the bathroom garbage bin hadn't been emptied, so the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

Wonderful Stay on the Islands
warm welcome helpful staff spa visit great service
The front desk staff offered a warm welcome. Restaurant employees were helpful (especially with my dietary needs). I regret I only booked two nights! The Golden Spa is a must for anyone visiting this location, so i will be back again, for sure.
The shop only accepts cash payments. There isn't an ATM available on site, which i find to be a little inconvenient.

The pool provides easy access to beach seating and towels. I noticed the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also a dedicated game room for children.
Rooms

The Standard King Room featured a well designed layout with a king size bed. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. An iron and ironing board were provided in the room, useful for maintaining neat clothing.
Service

Haroon, Harry, and Desmond at reception were particularly friendly and helpful. The shuttle service supervisor was also very helpful. Staff addressed our requests promptly. They exhibited a high level of professionalism and attention to detail .
Location

The hotel's direct access to the beach provides opportunities to see marine life. I observed starfish, crabs, and even turtles (how amazing!). The hotel is secluded on the island providing a quiet and private atmosphere.
