beach side pool breakfast buffet fly infestation inattentive staff
I really enjoyed the beach side pools. they were excellent! the breakfast buffet was also very good. It had lots of options.
the room was filled with flies it was annoying. i felt the staff weren't as attentive as i expected given the price.

underwhelming stay. the potential wasn't met.

indifferent staff electricity outage
the rooms had intricate woodwork. i suppose that met expectations.
the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. on the last day, i requested a late checkout but they refused, stating no new guests were arriving. they charged me half a night's rate for only four extra hours. during that time, there was an announced electricity and water outage. they never told me this before i paid.

nice staff attractive pool diverse breakfast
the staff was always nice. I found the main pool very attractive. The breakfast had a nice mix of food my family could eat. the spa was the best message ever.
