friendly greetingshuttle service
the staff gave me a friendly greeting upon arrival and explained the hotel's facilities. breakfasts offered plenty of options, with a buffet displaying fresh fruit and pastries. there was a free shuttle service to town on set times, a very useful benefit. my room was always cleaned very well .
the gym was somewhat small and limited in equipment.

An oasis of peace and smiles

This was an oasis of peace and smiles. The big room had staff always smiling and present. The great pool AND nature provided the ultimate relaxation. Classes were even offered and I made new friends. This is the kind of experience I wanted and I WILL book again.

The location is outside THE hustle and bustle of the city center. The jungle views ARE peaceful. There is a regular complimentary shuttle bus to the center, which I took advantage of.

The staff were excellent in every area of the hotel, SO friendly, courteous, and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt taken care of for sure. It felt nice to experience this kind of care.

The rooms were spacious AND clean with a balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds. The pool seemed like swimming in a jungle river. The grounds felt well-kept and I appreciated the overall aesthetic. The room's amenities were modern.

the service was great throughout. the hotel borders the rainforest. our room faced the river valley with a great view of natural surroundings. a la carte dinner at the restaurant was included. it was simple but delicious.
the shuttle runs very few times, so you need to grab or have your own vehicle.
