The staff provided amazing hospitality and always had a smile.. they arranged taxis promptly. i felt welcomed here. the rooftop terrace was a peaceful retreat, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the views. the hammam services were excellent. I had a rejuvenating scrub and massage. i appreciated that luggage storage was available after checkout while awaiting a late flight.
the narrow alleyways leading to the riad felt a little intimidating at night, even though i felt safe.

the team answered all questions promptly. khaled on night staff deserves a special mention for his excellent support. staff members served fresh breakfast and amazing tea with a lovely chat.

the riad served amazing moroccan food at reasonable prices. i especially liked the delicious and fresh breakfast with eggs served each morning. they even prepared a very early breakfast upon request for early departures.

the riad included a hammam. the whole riad smelled amazing and also was very clean. the terrace was a nice place for sunbathing and relaxation, and the medina is very close.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They arranged excursions and hammam appointments for us. Daily breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were Super clean. I especially appreciated the rooftop terrace. It had views of the atlas mountains.
The streets felt a little scary at night. The second time was better.
