The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness, especially at the spa center. I found our room spacious and the layout worked well for our needs. The location offered a perfect balance. The hotel is near key areas, including the riverbank. The breakfast buffet included many choices and a lovely view.

The breakfast stood out. The hospitality of the crew was extraordinary. I also liked the airport pick up. The room was spacious and modern.

The service offered by the reception was subpar. I ordered a taxi before leaving the hotel for noon to go to the airport. The reception announced a price of 400THB, while I paid 150 THB on the way, and I refused this rate.
