The upgrade to business class was a very nice gesture. our kids enjoyed the breakfast. This made us happy. we had a very pleasant experience. the staff were amazing. the choices at breakfast seemed endless.

My stay wasn't good. The staff at the front desk was not helpful. It took forever to get my room sorted out. The room service was terribly slow. The food arrived cold and was not what I ordered. This delayed service ruined my evening plans and I felt totally ignored after multiple attempts to get someone to assist me. I really needed things to be quick and efficient.

i came during june 2024. the staff was so kind, and the rooms were spacious. breakfast had many options and the chef makes good uttapam. reena was very good, she suggest a nice dish.
the road outside made noise at night.
