I found a REALLY central location. The staff was helpful. The hotel IS well kept. They offered airport taxi arrangement, a VERY good service. Breakfast was neatly organized. I also got a pre-flight breakfast box.

the main restaurant seemed pretty expensive. i expected a sommelier present. no one assisted with wine choice.

the location was central with landmarks nearby i found the room to be spacious nice and neat i appreciated the upgrade i received upon arrival due to my ihg status.

the breakfast service was quite chaotic many buffet items ran out quickly i experienced slow service i had to repeatedly ask a server for assistance the staff could have smiled more and been friendlier perhaps it was due to the new year celebrations.
