I found a REALLY central location. The staff was helpful. The hotel IS well-kept. They offered airport taxi arrangement, a VERY good service. Breakfast was neatly organized. I also got a pre-flight breakfast box.
the main restaurant seemed pretty expensive. i expected a sommelier present. no one assisted with wine choice.

underwhelming stay, service issues
slow check-in undertrained staff
the location was acceptable for exploring the city.
the check-in process was slow. I expected a smoother experience. staff seemed undertrained. I overheard another guest complaining about a similar issue, REALLY, confirming it wasn't just an isolated incident.

central location spacious room comfortable room chaotic breakfast slow service unfriendly staff
the location was central with landmarks nearby i found the room to be spacious very comfy and tidy i appreciated the upgrade i received upon arrival due to my ihg status.
the breakfast service was quite chaotic many buffet items ran out quickly i experienced slow service i had to repeatedly ask a server for assistance the staff could have smiled more and been friendlier perhaps it was due to the new year celebrations.

spacious comfortable room significant air conditioning issue
The room was clean. It was spacious and comfortable.
the air conditioning did not work well. it was around 24c in the room, even after turning it down. i was told they were aware of an issue and offered another room, but there was no assurance it would be better.
