friendly staff wide selection attentive service
the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food. i also enjoyed the hotel restaurant. it was well-prepared and the service was attentive.

lovely gardens helpful staff reasonable food
I had a great week there. the staff were always helpful. the gardens are really well maintained. I especially loved the birds and butterflies. the restaurant food was priced reasonably.
the furniture seemed somewhat outdated.

The reception staff are cute and approachable. the staff remembered my preferences. staff ensured i felt comfortable. This includes reception, catering, and spa personnel.
