fantastic stay with superb features!
convenient parking helpful staff wide variety unique touch
I found the location excellent with convenient parking just next door! the staff was always ready with a helping hand. Their friendliness really stood out. the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety and high quality, five-star. plus, misha, the parrot, added a unique and fun touch to the dining area!
the gym was a bit messy, and there wasn't any disinfectant for the equipment, it wasn't cleaned.

My superior double room was well kept, providing good space and comfort. The design elements seemed thoughtful. the temperature control worked efficiently, though there was a minor adjustment needed upon arrival. the room offered a quiet setting, a welcome feature for a relaxing stay!

The breakfast included a wide choice of foods. The bed had nice pillows and felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful to me..
The pool was quite shallow and narrow. I did not find it very suitable for proper swimming.

bathroom rubbers moldy rubbers
The location was excellent for exploring the city.
I found hotel maintenance poor. The bathroom rubbers were old and moldy. The wooden floors also were scratched. It seems a five star with those price should have better maintenance.

The staff was Really good and so helpful ! The location was also very convenient. I could walk to many attractions.
The minibar prices were high. I paid 7.50 eur for a fanta. The paid parking was also expensive at 24 eur for 24 hours.

The hotel has a REALLY good gym. I noticed it had varied equipment. The reception area is beautiful. The location is central and close to EVERYTHING.
The hotel is located in the Parliament district, vehicle access is restricted. I had to walk a considerable distance with my luggage to reach the hotel. My room felt dark and uninviting. There were minimal amenities, I noticed no mouthwash cups provided.
