Really good Stay with Amazing Views

The location offered very nice views from the balcony. Every staff member offered wonderful service from arrival to departure. I found the staff very attentive. They promptly fulfilled every request. The restaurant provided high-quality food. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from there.
The small jacuzzi on the porch could not be cooled down adequately.

Some issues
decent backdropobstructed caldera viewinconvenient bathroom layout
The view from the room was acceptable.
My experience had some SIGNIFICANT issues. the bathroom layout was INCONVENIENT. The shower lacked proper enclosure, causing water to spill onto the floor, and the mirror was positioned too low for a person of average height. The absence of an elevator made navigating the many stairs a genuine hassle.

The location do have superb views.
The hairdryer in my room blew up, and it burned my hand. The electricity went out because of this. Nobody offered an apology after that, bad.
