The staff was very polite and friendly. I found them to be well-spaced out. the sun loungers were lovely and comfortable, perfectly positioned. the facilities were great! overall, it felt amazing
the resort requires transport from the beach to the main hotel. i noticed stairs up, but they seemed needlessly painful

the hotel was very clean. the resort had a nice beach front. the staff is superfriendly. every morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening the moonrise. i recommend the italian restaurant "il borro", but you need a dinner reservation.
