Wonderful hotel stay!
attentive staff adult pools marvelous view
The entire staff was attentive. I found the three pools to be a great feature, including two for adults only. The views from my room were marvelous. I will recommend this hotel.

decent stay with minor issues
immaculate grounds beautiful pool great time limited choice poor service breakfast menu
i found the grounds immaculate. they were set in a jungle by the sea. the monkeys and sloths were quite a treat. the pools were beautiful and i had a great time.
the dinner menu had limited choice. the breakfast menu was even more limited. the servers did not ask me for coffee or water. the service at the breakfast was poor.

Wildlife Oasis with Attentive Staff
convenient shuttle attentive staff amazing wildlife
I enjoyed the convenient hotel shuttle service to town and the park. The staff was attentive and friendly, particularly at breakfast. I observed a sloth with her baby in a tree near my balcony. I also frequently spotted monkeys and toucans on the hotel. The animal life was amazing.
I noticed the hotel could use some refurbishment in certain areas, especially given its rating.

poor wifi old room
All staff were very helpful and polite, which met our expectations. Pool areas were kept clean.
The wifi was not good. The network cut regularly. For a 5 stars hotel, the wifi quality should be better. The hotel rooms felt very old. They seemed from the 90s. It is a shame.

musty smell weak signal
the breakfast was acceptable the restaurant provided several options.
the room smelled musty i informed the front desk the air conditioning unit did not adequately cool the room this made sleep difficult the wi-fi signal was weak. this made it hard to stream videos.
