During our stay at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen, I couldn't be more impressed with the Kids Room. It provided a fantastic experience for my children, enabling us to enjoy adult-only restaurants while they were happily entertained. The team - Clara, Betza, Anani, Michelle, Angel, and Marela - were all amazing professionals who ensured the kids had a blast. There were countless activities tailored to their interests. Delicious Dining Options!

I was thoroughly impressed by the diversity of dining options available at Paradisus. My family particularly enjoyed Olio, an exclusive family concierge restaurant, where we relished exquisite seafood dishes like the seafood platter with seven lobster tails. Each meal was well-prepared, and the service was attentive, making every dining experience good. I highly recommend trying the surf and turf at Olio as it was oh-so-delicious!

Spacious Family Rooms!

We stayed in a Family Concierge swim-up room, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five! The space was massive, offering two double beds combined into a king for my wife and me, while the pull-out sofa was perfect for our older son. The separate living area allowed for privacy when our younger son napped. It really made our vacation much more relaxing and enjoyable!

Engaging Pool Activities!

One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic entertainment offered by the poolside activities. Our children had a blast participating in Zumba, salsa dancing, water polo, and more, led by the energetic Chris Hernandez. His enthusiasm and smile made it a joyful experience for everyone around. It was a great way to keep the whole family engaged while enjoying the sun!
