fantastic staff and perfect location
good communication delicious tea kind staff helpful transfers
the staff organised airport pick up and communication was good. ahmed escorted us to the hotel while carrying our bags. we received delicious tea upon arrival. the staff was kind and helped us with spots around the city and organised transfers.

electricity issue noisy room
the breakfast had a good variety of choices including an omelette station, that was nice.
i had some issues with the electricity cutting off, especially in the evenings (it was annoying). it would go off every 5 to 10 minutes, then come back on again. the ac, and the room was quite noisy with cars and people outside all night. there wasn't a mini fridge in the room either, which i really needed for cold water.

large pool warm staff
The staff was warm. Zainab's kindness. The pool was a highlight. It was surprisingly large for a riad. It provided a refreshing escape after exploring the souks.
The location is on a pedestrian and scooter-only road, so cars cannot access it directly.

great location friendly staff
I liked the location. It is in the heart of the city. It allowed for convenient walking to various destinations. Breakfast had many options. The staff were friendly!!!

amazing riad experience!
gorgeous building awesome location delicious breakfast comfortable beds
i chose this riad for my family trip and it was a total win! the building is gorgeous, and the location is awesome. the staff was super friendly and helpful (they gave us great tips!). breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the beds were really comfortable and clean. the beautiful interior and the pool were very photogenic, i captured a lot of amazing memories there.
the bathroom had limited storage for toiletries, i had to keep most of my stuff in my bag.

the riad is near the central market. many tourist attractions are within a short walk. taxis are easily accessible, just two minutes away from the road.

the staff provided excellent recommendations on a map as we checked in. they advised on taxi fares and souk prices. everyone was always smiling and ready to assist.

the room was large, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. crisp, clean beds provided comfortable sleep every night (pillows are so fluffy!). the bathroom had a shower and toiletries.

the staff helped us with our luggage right from the taxi. the front desk staff were always available and solved my issues very quickly. the rooms were spacious. i appreciated the convenient location that allowed easy access to local attractions.
the soundproofing could be better, as i heard noise from the corridor at times.

excellent location helpful staff
the location was excellent for access to the medina area and all the markets. facilities were good and served our needs for a short visit. the staff were nice and helpful at all times!!!
i think it lacks some equipment in the room, like a small refrigerator.
