the location offered a tranquil escape from the city.
my call to the hotel was rejected multiple times. when i finally got through, the representative was unhelpful and didn't apologize. she also gave me incorrect information about pool access costs, frustrating.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
tranquil resort spacious room relaxing place unhelpful representative dirty pool loud noise
The resort itself is tranquil. The room was spacious at 65 square meters. It was perfectly designed and decorated. The balcony provided a further relaxing place to sit. I could gaze across the water.
My call was rejected three times when I tried to contact the hotel. A representative was unhelpful and failed to apologize for the inconvenience. The pool was dirty with gel and dirt floating in the water. It was unacceptable. Noise came from the clubs at the other side of the bay. It kept us awake.
