a mixed bag, i suppose

few sunbedsdated roomsandpaper towels

the pool area was alright, i guess. it had a few sunbeds at least.

Honestly, the room, a "ocean view room", felt pretty dated. the bathroom shower head sprayed water everywhere except where i needed it. plus, the towels seemed like sandpaper. I think i've used softer paper towels.

My stay included seamless taxi coordination with transparent pricing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. Shirley Heights is great.

Christmas music played non-stop early in December. This felt excessive. Two twin beds pushed together created an uncomfortable hole in the middle. It was not the king size bed I booked.

The room included air conditioning, a fridge, and a television. Convenient plug sockets were available. A covered patio featured chairs and tables. The space gave direct access to the pool area.

The hotel featured a smaller beach area with sunbeds down by the ocean. There were also odd steps between the lobby and rooms. This may pose challenges with mobility issues.

The all-inclusive deal provided tea and coffee access 24/7 near the lobby. Refillable water bottles were also available there. A lovely pool area included covered and uncovered sunbeds, cabanas, and chairs.
