the staff was friendly. the spa facilities provided a relaxing atmosphere. i used the hotel's bicycles to explore killarney national park. i enjoyed lunch by the fireplace in the cozy bar.
the gym opened late. it only had a few pieces of equipment. the weights were wrongly numbered. the gym barely held two people.

shane provided a complimentary room upgrade at check-in, which i appreciated. breakfast was excellent. the spa included multiple jacuzzi locations and an outside one. i will definitely return.
the gym opens at 9am. it is a small room with limited equipment.

The staff promptly arranged the jaunting car. It picked me up right at the hotel, on time. The spa area was a welcome addition to my stay. I enjoyed the swim and outdoor jacuzzi there. The daily breakfast was a great experience too. The area around the hotel is beautiful.

The Dome Restaurant offered lovely food. Relaxing background music allowed for easy conversation. The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was very relaxing with staff providing well-cooked eggs and brown toast, as requested.
