The hotel offers therapeutic mineral pools that provide incredible relaxation, and the staff were generally kind and responsive, especially Silvia, who stood out for her exceptional service. However, some facilities are showing signs of disrepair, and my room had significant plumbing issues that made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, it has great potential with its hot springs, but improvements are needed.
