the location is quite good near the cable car.
it was listed as a 5-star place but it missed the mark the reception closes early at 8pm room service costs extra and guests must do chores like taking out trash and cleaning dishes or face a fine the internet was also unreliable it was frustrating.

i thought the apartment was beautiful. choosing the garden view was definitely worth it. the pool was amazing and my kids loved it! the apartment was set up well for our needs and everything seemed very organized.
the parking spaces were a little tight to get into.

the location was excellent, close to the town center and the aiguille du midi cable car. a grocery store was a short two minute walk from the building. this made getting supplies very convenient.

the staff was super friendly, and helpfully! i got a lot of useful information from arnaud at the front desk. the reception staff even found solutions for us to have fresh pastries delivered in the morning.

the hotel includes a decent size pool where i saw people swimming laps. there is also a kiddie pool, a wet sauna, a dry sauna, and jacuzzis. the gym had high end facilities, and there were ski lockers available .

i loved this place the staff were helpful especially phillip he was so kind the spa amenities were clean and enjoyable i really enjoyed the spa services we got everything worked perfectly. attention to detail was superb the kitchen was equipped way above my expectations the gym facilities were also high end and wide parking spots were available in the garage it was easy i must say.

the apartment was clean and beautiful furnishings were new a fully equipped kitchen was great a lot of space in the suite we had cutlery and crockery it made everything comfortable and convenient it was what i needed.

The location was undeniably convenient to the cable car. this aspect was acceptable.
The so-called hotel felt more like self-catering apartments. There were No daily cleaning services or replenishment of basic supplies. I was expected to take out the trash and clean the dishes. A hefty deposit was also required from a physical card, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The experience left me disappointed.

the location proved very convenient for accessing nearby ski facilities and the town center. the apartment itself was spacious, providing ample room. the fully equipped kitchen greatly simplified meal preparation. the spa facilities provided excellent opportunities for relaxation after active days.
the check-in time at 5:00 pm felt late and the check-out time at 10:00 am felt early. the inconvenience of taking out trash and cleaning dishes before departure seemed unusual for a five-star hotel.
