a charming surprise

outdoor shower welcome drink
The room had a great layout and a private mini mediterranean outdoor space. i really liked the outdoor shower (it was a lovely surprise!). the unique food options were a delight. i especially liked the welcome drink. It was delicious.
My experience wasn't perfect. I found my room's door open when i arrived one afternoon. nothing was missing, but i felt uneasy. it would be good to review the security protocols and ensure all doors are properly closed after cleaning.

i tried the mayfair grill and found the food and drinks were decent, with a relaxed atmosphere. the rooftop bar offers great views and the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). room service was fast and accurate.

the hotel is in a superb location within coconut grove. there are many shops and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to explore. it is also conveniently close to cocowalk if you want to venture out a bit.

the king studio was a good size and well-appointed with excellent amenities. the air conditioning worked perfectly and the bedding was beautiful (so stylish!). i could easily relax and renew in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided great recommendations. i found their warm hospitality excellent. two valets (fabian and fabricio) were top tier. They were helpful and professional.

adequate equipment helpful service comfortable room
The hotel offers a coffee service on the second floor. I liked the gym. It had adequate equipment (I recommend the yogurt!). The staff member at the rooftop bar provided helpful service, which I appreciated. The room size exceeded my expectations. It felt comfortable after a long trip.
There was a small issue, the elevators seemed slightly confusing at first.
