i found the staff attentive. they quickly addressed all my requests. the hotel provided seamless arrangements for local tours i wanted. also, the food was delicious with high-quality ingredients used.
i noticed the absence of coffee machines in the room. this meant i had to go to the restaurant each time for a coffee. it was not a significant issue, but a minor inconvenience.

the gardens were lovely. the pool was very refreshing after heat.
the restaurant staff lacked clarity. taxes and service charges were not included. this caused confusion and frustration when reviewing the bill. i think it is important for all costs to be upfront.
