The location was very nice. It gave easy private access to a section of the beach! good service was available right there at the beach too. the staff was amazing right from the get-go, and everyone wore a smile and provided the best service.
i booked an airport transfer, but they never showed up. they were apologetic, but i had to get a taxi and make my own way. the pool seemed old! it was advertised as having a toddler pool, but it wasn't really appropriate for a two-year-old..

the pool area seemed dated. also, my pre-arranged airport transfer did not materialize (i ended up taking a taxi). the hotel apologized, but the inconvenience was significant.

the location was excellent, close to many services. the private beach provided lounge chairs and umbrellas. i particularly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, who fulfilled every request i made. the gardens were very well maintained, contributing to the beauty.
the pool was worn. i noticed missing or damaged tiles, needing a refresh. this was an issue , because i prefered a perfect look.

the location is amazing! it is right in front of the beach, but also near restaurants and shops. the breakfast has anything you might want, and the staff is always polite. the rooms are very nice and spacious with island decorations.
the wi-fi signal in the bungalow was occasionally weak.
