amazing stay

amazing pool infinity pool helpful staff
i found the pools super amazing and serene i spent a lot of time there. there are indeed four pools plus an infinity pool i thought was insane. the staff helped me loads to retrieve my phone after i left it in a cab.
the hotel was bigger than i thought this meant many tour groups i saw lots of older people. i prefer a more intimate atmosphere so i would not return with teenagers. i booked it without realizing the size.

the family room included a well furnished balcony with comfortable seating and views of the garden. there was a large television with many international channels and a fast reliable internet connection. two bottles of complimentary water were provided daily along with tea and coffee making facilities.

the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions i found this convenient. grab taxis were easily accessible for quick transport to the old town and surrounding areas. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the beach at scheduled times.

A Solid Stay

The resort offers complimentary shuttle bus service into town and to the beach. At the beach, they maintain a beach club where we enjoyed lunch. We also made use of the complimentary sunbeds available there. The infinity swimming pool is first class. The cocktails during Happy Hour at the pool were amazing!!!
The hotel was larger than I had expected and accommodated many tour groups. This resulted in a less intimate atmosphere. As a younger traveler, I felt the hotel catered more to older demographics and large groups.

the staff was always smiling and eager to assist with any request i had. They greeted me by name every time. the lush gardens were a feast for the eyes, and i really liked exploring the winding paths! the spa experience was great. I felt totally relaxed after my treatments.
