Excellent Location and Service!
rooftop pool friendly staff
The rooftop pool offered a great plus. I enjoyed the large selection at breakfast. I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful (Quy especially stood out!). I will stay here again.
Housekeeping wasn't always punctual. I found it a bit annoying. I did request room service, but it wasn't made up despite my request.

missing window small room
Breakfast had soya milk, cereal, and fruit, which I found acceptable.
My room had no window. I had no idea about the weather due to that oversight. The small room had items from previous guests under the bed, it felt creepy.

extra bed great location temperature fluctuations unhelpful staff
i was kinda surprised that i asked for an extra bed at check in , and they provided it promptly. the location is also great , within walking distance to many attractions and good food.
i found that the shower had temperature fluctuations , going from freezing cold to boiling hot unexpectedly. also , staff weren't particularly helpful when i brought this issue to their attention.

currency exchanging helpful bell boy exercise facility
the front desk helped with currency exchange. a bell boy helped me with my taxi. the exercise facility had everything i needed for my workouts like treadmill and weights.

great hotel experience
comfortable car rooftop pool spacious suite friendly staff
the staff helped with restaurant reservations i requested a cheap airport shuttle the hotel provided a comfortable car without extra charge breakfast offered many choices it tasted delicious. the rooftop pool was a highlight i enjoyed city views the pool area also has spa facilities. my room was a suite it felt huge and comfortable i got glasses and an ice bucket for a celebration. public areas were spotlessly clean the staff was friendly and the food tasted good

quiet delight
quiet hotel helpful staff
the hotel was very quiet.. the breakfast was also good. the staff were friendly and helpful with local trips.
the pool area did not have air conditioning. it was cramped, so i felt uncomfortable while waiting for my next port of call. a small air conditioned room would have been welcome.

the room was spacious and clean. it had a non-modern style, which i appreciated, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable.. room service was also prompt and the food was delicious.
