The 'beautiful double room balcony' i had seemed quite small. I wondered if I accidentally booked a single. the outdoor pool was COLD. The temperature was definitely not what I expected. I nearly got frostbite.

Excellent Stay with Spa and Views
fast check-insensational massage
I found the check-in process to be fast , and the front desk team was both friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were top-tier , and I particularly enjoyed the sensational massage treatment.
I don't like that room for one is literally >, in case it costed much expensive then a couple room, which feels curious. communication with some front-personal was also not so pleased, some of them asked my room number again & again, like they had to be sure I'm a guest of the hotel. some of them spoke like they did a huge flavor working there. and the worst, everywhere always was cold. room was cold, outdoor pool was cold and even sauna was cold (as for sauna), I was surprised.
